I highly recommend this service to anyone who has to make this very difficult decision. I've had to put other pets down in the past and it has always haunted me that their last memory was one of fear and anxiety being at the vets, a place they always hated to go. Dr. Victoria was kind, compassionate and gentle, and my baby girl Brick was calm, relaxed, and comfortable at home, surrounded by all her family, which is how I think most of us would want to go if given the choice. Thank you so much for providing this service.

Dr. Victoria was so kind, patient, caring, and gentle. She was incredibly comforting and helped us through such a difficult moment. She patiently walked through the entire process with us, and took care of our dog with so much gentleness and care. She helped us understand that our dog would pass easily and without pain, and that it was the right decision. Though it was a sad experience, Dr. Victoria provided so much comfort and care to our family and our dog.

Dr. Victoria is an animal angel. Our dog Rosie had become sick and despised going to the vet in the end. It was so nice for all of us to be comfortable in our home to go through this awful process. Dr. Victoria explained every step. She loved on our other 3 dogs while we said our goodbyes. The whole experience was very peaceful and personalized.

My wife and I were struggling getting our German Shepherd Khaleesi’s health back to normal. She was suffering from IBD and none of the treatments were helping. We decided she suffered enough and was referred to Buffalo and Beyond. Dr Victoria arrived same day and helped transition our little girl to the rainbow bridge. Although it was a very sad and trying day for us all, the service she provided was wonderful. Our little one passed comfortably and safely.
Thank you,

There are no words to express how grateful we are to have you help us when the time had come to euthanize our dear cat, Shelley. Your compassion and loving and caring nature helped us realize we were doing the right thing. As heart breaking as the situation was, you made it bearable and we are forever grateful for that.

Remembering our Rosie girl. A friend informed me about Buffalo and Beyond and I felt so comforted that they were close by. We knew we were going to reach out to them in our time of need. When we felt in our hearts that this was the time we called and that day Dr. Victoria came to our home. She seemed to understand our pain and told us what to expect. She was gentle with our girl and never rushed us through this process. We believe for us being home and having Rosie on her bed and blanket was the best way to help her from further suffering. Thank you, Dr. Victoria

Dr. Victoria was amazing! It was such a difficult day and terrible situation, but she put us right at ease. She let us know every step she took and what we could expect. We wanted to keep our Ethel at home instead of causing more stress by going to the vet’s office. We felt confident that Ethel was in good hands at our home and would be taken care of with such respect and dignity when she left our home. We could not have asked for a better person to take care of our sweet girl. Thank you for your exceptional care.

Dr. Victoria and Buffalo & Beyond,
Our family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for helping to make this experience as bearable as possible. We were devastated to see that it was clearly the time for our boy to make his journey over the Rainbow Bridge, but we couldn't imagine taking him anywhere away from the loving home he has always known.
We cannot thank you enough for the compassionate care you provided to him and our girls. Being able to spend his last moments together as a family and in the comfort of our own home and familiar surroundings truly gave us peace and comfort in saying goodbye to our boy. Your explanation of everything, patience, and compassion will always be remembered.
Your continued attention to providing loving care to our Maxie boy as you departed was so appreciated. It certainly made the departure feel much more tolerable than we ever imagined. We are also grateful for the sweet paw print memory you provided to our girls in addition to your thoughtful card and drawings from your own boys the following days. It is obvious that what you do is a work of heart. Thank you for all that you did for our Maxie boy and our family! We are eternally grateful for your kindness and compassion.

Dr Victoria was wonderful. She explained everything and answered all of our questions. She was very kind and understanding and accommodating. It happened to be a beautiful day outside and our dog, Boo loved the sunshine and he was able to lay in the sun in our backyard one last time and went peacefully while in his happy place. We’re so thankful, because of the pain he was in it would have been really traumatic, for him and us, if we had to take him in the car to the vet. We’re thankful for Buffalo and Beyond.

My precious 17 year poodle Gigi had fought hard, but unfortunately we had to make the difficult decision to help her end her suffering. It was a Friday after dinner when I called Buffalo and Beyond. Dr. Victoria answered and was at our home in no time at all. Dr. was so understanding and empathetic it made a very difficult situation bearable. I can't thank you enough for making our sweet baby girls last moments with us peaceful and stress-free for her. Thank you so much!

I have read the testimonials of others and I cannot add anything to what other pet owners have reverently and passionately stated about the support and care Dr. Victoria from Buffalo and Beyond exudes to their pet at their darkest moment. She was so comforting, loving and professional. I was at total peace as my Piper crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

For how sad of an experience was, Dr Victoria was so kind and compassionate. I could not recommend her enough. We have never been through this before. She made sure we understood the process as well as helped us ensure our second dog was able to process what had happened which has helped him adjust. She allowed us to have plenty of time to say goodbye. I’m very grateful for the option to be able to do this in our home and would recommend her to anyone in this situation.

Our Kasey was the sweetest always making sure everyone was okay. I knew that being home was the best thing for her and Dr made sure she was comfortable and relaxed while we spent our final moments with her. She made sure we understood what was going to happen before it did and if we wanted to be present or not. Of course we never want our dear pets to leave us but I know she peacefully crossed the rainbow bridge.

Dr. Vicky was beyond compassionate and so very kind. I knew the minute she came in the door that my sweet Buzz would pass with the dignity that he deserved. This service is truly heaven sent for owners to facilitate their furry friend's end of life transition in a peaceful, dignified and calming manner. My vet referred Buffalo & Beyond to me. I was truly grateful for Dr. Victoria helping my 15 year old Suzie cross. She made a very difficult, stressful time very calming for Suzie and myself. I have been through euthanasia with several of my other kitties through the years, and I so wish I had something like this for their end of life experience. It is truly a blessing. Also, Christy, thank you for your help. I appreciate everything that Dr. Victoria and Christy did to make this very difficult time a little easier. Thank you! I highly recommend Buffalo & Beyond.

We had a horrible tragedy occur. She came out in the middle of a snow storm to help us very late in the evening. After being stuck and towed several times taking care of customers throughout the day. We had no options for care to help keep our dog from needlessly suffering. We actually learned of Victoria through friends and word of mouth of her helping them out. Thank you for helping our family do everything we could to get through such a hard time. There is nothing I can write here that could convey how grateful we are. Thank you. Although we may truly never recover, an angel was there to help us through one of the hardest times we have had.

It was so difficult to make this decision for our beautiful Mia, but we knew it was the right thing to do and we would be selfish not to. It was time. Dr. Victoria was heaven sent, she made this difficult time as beautiful and peaceful as it possibly could have been. Our Mia deserved nothing but the best and that is what Dr. Victoria and Buffalo and Beyond gave her. We are eternally grateful. ❤️

Tucker is the name of our Shepheard and he was 10 years and 10 months old when he was diagnosed with 3 masses in and around his stomach, kidney and spleen. After much agony and speaking to our vet, we decided to keep him comfortable with little pain. We were given names of several pet services and decided on Buffalo & Beyond based on testimonials given. We spoke to a gentleman who was calming and assuring that when the time came they would be there for us. He took our phone number, name and address. Well the time came in the morning on December 26, 2023 (he was now 10 yrs. 11 mos.). Tucker came to us and let us know that it was time. We called Buffalo & Beyond to let them know and with understanding of our emotional state, Christy walked us through the timeline as to when the vet would be at our home. We live in the Mountains and so it was going to take about 2 hours. This gave us more quality time with Tucker. True to estimate Victoria the vet arrived at our home. She was soft-spoken and explained everything she was going to do. Step by step with such a calming voice. We were able to love him a bit more and say our goodbyes. I could go on and on however, all I can do is Highly recommend Buffalo & Beyond for their knowledge, compassion, dignity and there Big Hearts. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

This was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to decide on and do. It was heartbreaking to say the least. I am so so grateful for Dr. Victoria and her soft voice and comforting heart. She made me feel at ease that my baby was being cared for the right way. Thank you so much, I am forever grateful for you and your services.

We were told about Buffalo and Beyond by our vet after finding out our dog had cancer. When we called, Christy had talked us through the process and got us set up for our appointment. Christy was very patient and sympathetic towards the saddened situation. Dr. Victoria had arrived and I felt the room get warm and not tense anymore. She talked us through every step of the process leaving us as much time as we needed. She even stepped back and let us have our moment with our dog. She wasn't in a rush to do her job and leave which is so rare to find. I would recommend Buffalo and beyond to anyone as they are such compassionate, patient and professional people. We thank you dearly.

We had to make the extremely heartbreaking decision to euthanize our dog, Callie. From the first tear-filled phone call to watching our baby girl’s body being driven away in a very dignified manner, Buffalo & Beyond was professional, compassionate, and informative the entire time. I cannot recommend them enough. Dr. Victoria filled our house with peace and calm as we said good-bye to our Callie. Thank you Buffalo & Beyond for understanding the depth of our loss and offering the best treatment of our beloved pet. Although we can’t bring our Callie back, we have her ashes in a beautiful urn, along with her paw print and nose print to help us through our grieving process and to remember our dear member of our family.

Dr. Victoria at Buffalo and Beyond has our deepest gratitude and admiration for the compassionate care she provided during an incredibly difficult time for our family. Her professionalism, empathy, and unwavering support made a heartbreaking moment more bearable.

We made the decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Bear, and having Dr. Victoria come to our home for his euthanasia was a profound comfort. Her gentle demeanor and genuine concern for Bear's well-being were evident from the moment she arrived. She took the time to understand Bear's history, his personality, and our emotional connection to him, fostering an atmosphere of trust and understanding.

Throughout the process, Dr. Victoria displayed an incredible level of expertise and empathy. She explained each step with compassion, ensuring we were comfortable and informed at every moment. Her kindness extended not only to Bear but also to our family, offering support and guidance during this difficult transition.

The decision to say goodbye to a pet is never easy, but Dr. Victoria's presence and care made a significant difference. Her professionalism coupled with her genuine love for animals shines through in every action she takes. She provided Bear with a peaceful and dignified passing, surrounded by love in his familiar home.

Dr. Victoria's dedication to ensuring both the pet and the family experience comfort and compassion during such a sensitive time is beyond commendable. I cannot express enough gratitude for her invaluable support, kindness, and the utmost respect she showed to Bear and our family. She truly made a heartbreaking moment a bit more bearable, and we will forever be grateful for her compassionate care.

Thank you, Dr. Victoria, for your unwavering kindness, expertise, and the invaluable service you provide to families during their most challenging moments.

Oh my gosh!!!! Dr. Victoria just left. What an angel!!! She was so sweet and compassionate. Even though this wasn't our first "rodeo," she explained everything. It was just the best possible outcome. My dog, Harley, hated to go to the regular vet's. Normally, by the time we got there, 45-ish minutes, he was so scared and nervous, his teeth were chattering. So how wonderful it was today. He just "went to sleep" in his own bed. No car ride, no stress, for neither him nor myself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It's a wonderful service that you're able to provide. Would call you folks again in a heartbeat.

We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved pet on 10/27/23. While searching for home euthanasia services, we came across Buffalo and Beyond.

This was our first experience with this process, and it was an immensely difficult decision, filled with stress and anxiety. Unfortunately, our dog's health rapidly declined within the week, reaffirming our choice.

Dr. Victoria from Buffalo and Beyond arrived and compassionately explained the procedure. Her friendly and caring approach made this challenging moment more bearable than expected. From our conversation beforehand to administering the medication, creating a paw imprint keepsake, and gently carrying our pet in a small, comfortable bed that truly suited him, Dr. Victoria's care was exceptional.

We were dreading the day we had to say good-bye to Dominique, although we knew it was imminent. I can't say enough about Dr. Victoria. She was so kind and patient with all of us there. She gave us as much time as we needed and the moment itself was so calm, peaceful and painless. She was gentle and empathetic and handled it all so well. We are so grateful we were able to make Dominique's last moments unstressful and in a familiar and loving atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dr. Victoria to anyone facing this sad but inevitable situation.

We cannot express enough our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sverduk for helping us get through what was the worst decision we ever had to make. She took such care of our sweet baby girl Dolly and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. If you ever find you have to make that horrible decision just know there is no one you will want more than Dr. Sverduk to be there for you and your beloved pet. She truly is an angel.

Dr. Victoria was absolutely perfect in her role. I’m a physician myself and I’ve never met a doctor with a better “bedside manner.” We were heartbroken to have to euthanize our Penny but the time had definitely come. The last time I brought her to our vet, the day before she passed, she had shaken like a leaf out of fear during the car ride there, and I absolutely could not put her through that again, so I called Buffalo & Beyond. To our relief, Dr. Victoria was genuinely compassionate, calming, and generous with her time, and Penny passed in our arms feeling our love, without fear or pain. I am very grateful to Dr. Victoria and I highly, highly recommend her.

Dr. Victoria was sent by the angels! Helping our Maggie cross the Rainbow Bridge was the hardest thing we as a family had to deal with so far. We knew losing our first furbaby would be difficult but none of us ever expected it to be this difficult. Having Dr. Victoria come to our home, the home where Maggie was the most comfortable and loved, was priceless. Dr. Victoria was so kind, gentle, compassionate, loving, and patient. She explained everything and walked us through every step with love and compassion. She let us take all the time we needed with Maggie. Bringing in a beautiful dog bed to transport our baby girl was above and beyond. It truly showed how much Dr. Victoria cared about us as a family and our furbaby. I will 100% recommend Dr. Victoria and her services to everyone. She was truly heaven sent when we needed her the most. Thank you doesn’t begin to express our gratitude for her and her staff.

I want to thank Dr Sverduk for making Tabitha's passing so peaceful. She explained to me where my Tabitha was in the dying process and confirmed that I had made the kind decision. In addition, Tabitha's passing was very gentle. She fell asleep, then with the second injection she passed. I believe her expression was even a little smile. I am very grateful that Tabitha did not need to be transported in the car, then wait her turn, her last day was as peaceful as I could have ever hoped.

Dr. Victoria was truly heaven sent. She appeared like an Angel to help our good boy Mugsy cross the rainbow bridge. She explained the process to us in the kindest, gentlest manner with the most soothing voice and demeanor. I was able to hold him as he peacefully passed while surrounded by his family. When we were ready to let him go, she cradled him gently into a basket and took him away with her. He had a wonderful life, just a few weeks shy of 18.

When we knew it was time for our beloved cat Guinness to cross over the rainbow bridge, we wanted nothing else, but for him to be home with us and surrounded by all the love he has always known. Dr. Victoria was not a vet that day, rather a compassionate and loving visitor. This was the hardest decision we have ever had to make yet, Dr. Victoria and Buffalo and Beyond were there for us all. We truly appreciate all that you do. Fly high our angel, we miss you terribly, but we know you are still at home with us.

Finding a veterinarian who would be able to come to our home and help end our dog's suffering added so much stress to an already traumatic experience. Christy and Dr. Victoria both were absolute godsends, extremely patient and caring. You put my mother and I at ease while we had to make the hardest decision in the world. Thank you both again. I hope I never have to, but I would recommend you to anyone who requires the mercy of euthanasia for their beloved animal. Your patients and their families couldn't be in better hands.

One of the most difficult calls I had to make was to get information on Pet Hospice and Euthanasia. I had been told about Buffalo and Beyond so I made the call. Christy answered and immediately put me at ease. She answered all my questions and was so kind and patient with me. Dr. Victoria was absolutely amazing! She was so caring and professional. She came to our home, and provided the opportunity for our dog Fonzi to pass with dignity, in his favorite spot, surrounded by his family who loved him dearly. My husband, daughters and myself, want to thank you for your professional services. We would highly recommend Buffalo and Beyond Veterinary services to others.

When our dog’s path in this world was near its end and his quality of life was fading. It was a great comfort to have the ability to have him pass in his home of 14.3 yrs. With Dignity and love.
Thank you to Christy and the staff of Buffalo and Beyond for coordinating the time and home care visit which lessens the stress of saying goodbye to our guardian, companion, friend, and fur baby Max.
Dr. Victoria was compassionate and caring. Her gentle mannerism was truly appreciated during this moment of loss.

It was time to put our 19 year old dog, Maci, to sleep. It was a Saturday evening and we had very limited options of places that were open to bring her to. We found a GODSEND in Dr Victoria and Buffalo & Beyond. Dr Victoria came to our home that Saturday evening to help us in this extremely hard time. Instead of putting our dog in a car and taking her to an unfamiliar veterinarian office (ours was closed for the weekend), Maci was able to enjoy the last hours of her life in our family home, with us. Our family cannot thank Dr Victoria and Buffalo & Beyond enough. It was a blessing to have someone who would come to our home and make this process as good as it possibly could have been. Not only that, Dr Victoria’s temperament, professionalism, care and empathy were incredible. We miss Maci immensely, but we are so thankful that she was able to go to sleep forever in our arms, in our home. For anyone that needs to make this difficult decision, our family cannot recommend Buffalo & Beyond, and Dr Victoria more highly.

We first used your services for a family friends dog. He couldn’t have had better things to say about the way it was handled. Then, very suddenly, we had to call on you for one of our own. She was my best friend for 11 years. Making ‘the call’ gutted me and broke me at my absolute core. The only relief I had was the way Buffalo and Beyond took care of us. It was peaceful, it was quick, and it was done with care, love, and understanding. I didn’t feel rushed while grieving, and I felt the care and consideration of going through the process with my baby. I cannot say enough positive things for the service they provide, and I cannot imagine the fortitude it takes to do what you do and to be there for families in times such as these. I commend everyone involved, and have found as much solace as I can knowing my girl was at home, happy, calm, and went with peace and respect. Thank you, so much.

I have nothing but the best to say about the staff here. They were extremely understanding and accommodating during one of the hardest times in my life. Dr. was absolutely the best person that could have been there in our time of need. We never felt rushed and she treated our Basia like she was her own. Basia being home on her couch was how I wanted her to go with the whole family around!!!

In early June of this year we had to say goodbye to our beloved 12 and a half year old German Shepherd, Jet, whose hips made his life so painful and difficult. We had noticed little signs, like him not always getting up to greet us, his tail no longer wagging each time we passed by, the deep and extended periods of sleep, and so on, but especially the pain he experienced when moving and were dreading the day we knew was coming. Jet was our best friend, a source of joy and comfort we cannot really put into words. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't dissolve into tears thinking about him and how much he is missed.

I had never heard of Buffalo and Beyond, but found them on the internet after the vet recommended to us refused to drive further than a particular distance. Christy was very kind on the phone, patiently waiting for me to return calls when we were trying to coordinate a time amongst my family members. I was surprised and relieved to know Dr. Sverduk would come after hours, as getting everyone together was difficult. When she arrived at our house, we all went to pieces, especially my husband, but Dr. Sverduk calmly explained how things would go and what Jet would be experiencing, never once passing judgment. We were all given time to say our final farewells after the doctor administered the medication to relax Jet, as he was still trying to protect us from this stranger. She was so gentle and soft spoken, helping to keep everyone in check. We are so appreciative of the kindness and respect she showed Jet and us and for giving us the opportunity to allow Jet to pass in his bed, at the heart of our home, where he would feel comfortable and loved. We are forever grateful. Anyone in a similar situation would do well to use the services of Buffalo and Beyond to help their pet and themselves through an unimaginably difficult time with true compassion.

RIP Misfit. You were the best cat ever! You sure will be missed! I couldn't even make my coffee in the morning until she had her canned food. Lol She had to have that first! I'm going to miss her routine. Last night all of a sudden Misfit became paralyzed. She was in such pain. Her meow was just heartbreaking to hear. There was not a Vet in the area to take Misfit to. They were all closed and no emergency Vet available in the night. I found out about Dr. Victoria and she came right to the house and euthanized her after examining her. She had what's called Saddle Thrombus. What a caring Vet she is and so calm. The name of her Vet office is Buffalo And Beyond. I would highly recommend her. BuffaloAndBeyond.com She is located in Lake Ariel PA

Kind, compassionate, and the utmost professional, Dr. Sverduk enabled my boy Tiberius to pass peacefully and calmly at home. She has transformed a difficult and traumatic event into a dignified and respectful process. I am very grateful for her efforts. If you are considering an at-home-euthanasia, Dr. Victoria and Buffalo & Beyond are the people to use.

This service was a godsent. Words cannot express my thanks and gratitude to Dr. Victoria Sverduck for providing a peaceful and comfortable passing for my beloved boy Blitzen. To allow my sweet boy to pass peacefully in my arms at the home he fiercely protected for 18 years was the best ending I could have hoped for in my heartbreak. I am forever grateful for her kindness and compassion.

Dr. Victoria euthanized my cat, Spice, shortly after she opened her practice. I was very happy to see that she was still doing at-home care. Last night she ended the pain for my sweet dog, Max. Thanks to her there was no stress or strange surroundings.

Thank you so much to Buffalo and Beyond. Dr. Victoria showed compassion, care, and respect and softened a very difficult situation when we had to send off our best friend and dog, Philly. My 13 year old dog passed away unexpectedly, on a holiday weekend, at 4:30am. We called Buffalo & Beyond, and Victoria came to our house within 20 minutes. She was very compassionate, and handled my deceased girl so delicately, explaining everything that she was doing. I am so thankful to her that she took our phone call and arrived asap when my family needed her. We received my girl's ashes, and her urn is so beautifully done, with her name on it and paw prints. We also received a card in the mail. I highly recommend Dr. Victoria and will be forever grateful for her kindness and compassion.

Thank you for not only the timely response but the compassion you showed the whole time you were there. You showed up the morning of the call on a holiday weekend and were nothing but compassionate, caring, and professional.

As a human oncologist, I deal with end of life issues on a daily basis. Yet, when it came to letting go of my beloved girl, I struggled. Dr. Victoria was so empathetic and explained each step of the entire process. She made an unbearable experience so much more meaningful. I am so grateful to her for helping my precious girl to cross the rainbow bridge at home, surrounded by everyone who loved her. I will be forever grateful for the kindness that Dr. Victoria showed our cherished companion and the empathy she showed us as she helped us to usher our girl from this life to the next with dignity!! ❤️❤️

Today we had to let our beautiful malamute Kody, peacefully cross over the rainbow bridge. This was not a hasty decision but something that our entire immediate family came to the decision would be in his best interest. We called Buffalo & Beyond and we’re so pleased with our decision. Dr Victoria was beyond amazing, especially with our 6 yr old grand daughter as she eased her fears of her beloved pet not being here anymore by letting her help make his paw prints. If anyone is ever in need of these pet services please call Dr Victoria, she is defiantly an angel sent to help our pups!!!!

I thought Dr. Victoria was a very caring and compassionate person. She explained the options we had, and was not pushy about it. She let us take our time in making our decision which ultimately was putting our Finley girl down. Having her die at home surrounded by family was important to us and she made it happen. It was one of the hardest decisions in my life to make but with her experience and guidance I knew it was the right one. When the unfortunate time comes for you to end the suffering of your beloved pet, I would definitely recommend this company.

Words cannot describe how grateful we are for Dr. Sverduk and team. Lyle’s sickness was sudden. The decision to end his pain and suffering was not easy but I knew I wanted him to be in the comfort of his own home. The entire experience was so peaceful. Dr. Sverduk treated us with such kindness and grace. A calming presence from the minute she walked through our door. I so very much appreciate the attention to details I didn’t even realize we needed but it mattered so much on that afternoon. Thank you so much for taking care of our Lyle in his final moments.

Wonderful at home euthanasia service provided by a caring veterinary professional. Everything was explained to us as we went along, which comforted me, so I could comfort Bart. I love that our boy was comfortable and relaxed at home, and we could sit with him and hug him and love him till the very end. Highly recommend this service with this particular vet!!

When I knew that my kitty of 12 yrs wasn't going to recover from her kidney disease, I knew I wanted her to pass in the comfort of our home. From the first phone call, Buffalo & Beyond provided the experience you would hope to have during this most difficult time. Answering calls after hours and very accommodating with appointments. Victoria showed up for our appointment and was extremely compassionate and understanding, even though I was a mess. She very sweetly explained the process and then gave me all the time I needed before she started and then once my kitty had passed. She then brought in a beautiful basket to carry her out in and I even received a sympathy card in the mail, a few days later. To say she provided the utmost of the care in this difficult time, would be a huge understatement. I would highly recommend Buffalo & Beyond who will surely surpass any hopes or expectations you may have for this very difficult time. I feel so grateful I chose them.

We do not have enough kind words to say about Dr. Victoria Sverduk. Not only did she come out at 4:30am in the middle of a snow/ice storm, from the moment she answered our call to the moment she walked out the door, she exuded the pinnacle of kindness, compassion, and empathy. She explained the process thoroughly step-by-step and allowed us to spend our sweet pup’s last moments together in a calm, peaceful, and loving environment. She made one of the most difficult moments of our lives so much better than we could have ever imagined.

Thank you, Dr. Victoria Sverduk, for your kindness, gentleness, and patience. We are eternally grateful that we were able to allow our Zoey to cross the rainbow bridge the way that she deserved; at home, calmly, peacefully, and surrounded with love.

In one of the truly most difficult moments of my life, Dr. Sverduk was the utmost professional. She has a quiet, soft spoken demeanor that put me at ease with the decision that was necessary to be made. She explained in detail what was going to happen before the process began. Ozzy passed peacefully and quickly which made this experience easier to bear. Afterwards, Dr. Sverduk explained when I would be able to receive Ozzy's ashes and provided me with a beautiful urn that has a tag around it with his name engraved and a certificate. Prior to leaving my house, she provided me with a paw print that I watched her make. As excruciating an experience that it was, I highly recommend Dr. Sverduk to anyone that has to help their beloved pet pass on.

I am so grateful for Buffalo and Beyond Veterinary Services. I can’t say enough about Dr. Victoria Sverduk, Christy, and Dr. Sverduk’s mom.

My dog, Kaylee, was lucky to have Dr. Sverduk provide her with hospice care in our home. The kindness, concern, support, and compassion she showed to Kaylee and myself were a blessing and greatly appreciated.

The day Kaylee crossed over the Rainbow Bridge was very difficult. Dr. Sverduk helped me through something that was unimaginable for me to wrap my head and heart around. The way she handled Kaylee’s last moments here, I will never ever forget. From the moment she walked in the door…until she left…Dr. Victoria provided Kaylee and myself with so much comfort and peace. She truly was a godsend to Kaylee and me.

Thank you for all you do. Not just for me, but for all the other pets and their families. You are a remarkable person and veterinarian.

About a week before we made this difficult decision, I called Buffalo and Beyond. Our dog had worsening canine cognitive dysfunction and we were struggling to know whether it was her time. Dr. Sverduk was extremely helpful and compassionate in discussing Penny's condition. Throughout the entire process Dr. Sverduk explained what she would be doing, what would happen, and gave us all the time we needed with our sweet girl. Thank you, Buffalo and Beyond for providing a service that allows a pet to pass peacefully in a place where they are not confused, and where they feel safe and loved.

My family and I can’t thank Buffalo and Beyond enough. From the time we had to call and make the toughest decision we had to make yet, we were treated with nothing but compassion and love. Christy was amazing in the appointment process and very caring and helpful with answering any concerns you might have. Dr. Sverduk arrived on the same day of that call. When she arrived to our home, she explained the entire process and answered any questions we had. She also went above and beyond with our other fur baby. She knew he knew his sister was sick and comforted him while we said our goodbyes. Dr. Sverduk is an angel walking on earth to do what she does and helping families and fur babies during such a difficult time. I’m so thankful she offers the at home services so you and your pets can be in the place they are most comfortable. We appreciate you all and we are grateful for you!

I have been through the euthanasia process with my fur kids more than once, and as many know it is beyond difficult. And despite what I thought was careful planning, I had a horrible experience with the process once. So when I found out my Blaze was ill, and I was going to have to plan for his euthanasia, I knew I had to make it different.

I am so thankful Buffalo And Beyond At-Home Euthanasia service is available to folks in this area. I couldn’t be more thankful for the caring and compassionate manner I was treated. From my first call to them Christy was extremely accommodating and patient with me while I made the difficult decision to set a date. Unfortunately I ended up needing help on an emergency basis, and they were so accommodating.

Dr. Sverduk arrived and was very kind, understanding and compassionate. She explained everything to me up front, asked if I had any questions and answered all of them. She was wonderful with Blaze and so respectful of how he was feeling. Anything she told me was going to happen during the process did, and if I didn’t understand some thing as the process began, she explained it.

I cannot put into words the burden that was lifted from my mind and heart to not have to put Blaze in the car, knowing how sick he was, to get to the vets office. The process was peaceful, non-invasive and not rushed. I feel blessed to be able to give Blaze this last gift. Being at home cannot be replicated no matter what you try.

If only I knew of, or the service was available a few years ago, I would look at euthanasia in a completely different way and not be so guarded and scared something might go wrong. We always need to advocate for ourselves and our animals, however after this experience I’m so relieved to know this will be an option. And if we need it, I know we will be in caring hands.

I feel very strongly with Dr. Sverduk and this service she is dedicated to providing, you’ll be able to focus on your fur kid when they need you the most, and that is simply priceless.

I am beyond grateful and thankful to Dr. Sverduk and Christy.

Yesterday I had to have my cat, Lucky euthanized. We all know how stressful it is to take our pets to the vet, and it seems so unkind to take them when they are so ill at the end of their life. I made an appointment with Buffalo and Beyond to have Lucky euthanized at home. Dr. Victoria Sverduk came to my home, explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. She quietly stood back, never rushed me , and let me decide when to actually start the procedure. I was able to caress my cat and speak to him during the procedure. She was quiet, comforting, and very competent. I was allowed to hold Lucky when he had passed until I was ready to let him go. I never felt rushed, although she probably had other appointments. I highly recommend Buffalo and Beyond and Dr. Sverduk for a peaceful and comforting experience during a very difficult time.

Dr. Sverduk had such a kind and gentle manner. She explained what was happening with great compassion and care and tenderly handled our little Kali cat the whole way. My family is thankful to Buffalo & Beyond for their service. Dr. Victoria is a very compassionate & kind soul. I cannot even being to express how grateful we are to Buffalo and Beyond Veterinary Service for the amazing service they provided to our family when saying goodbye to our beloved old dog. To have an “in home euthanasia” option is an unbelievable asset to our community and I am so grateful for this option.
What a peaceful process from start to finish. We were able to say goodbye to our boy in the comfort of the home he spent his life in, surrounded by his family.
Buffalo and Beyond staff was so compassionate, caring, and professional, and made the entire process seamless.
I will be forever grateful for to them for helping us provide such a kind “goodbye”.
I highly recommend Buffalo and Beyond, they made one of the hardest things a pet owner can do, a peaceful, gentle, and loving experience.

The worst news of my life came on the evening of December 4, 2022, when I rushed Sophie to the emergency clinic to find out that fluid had rapidly, and unexpectedly, built up around her heart. Left without any options I was willing to put my sweet 12-year old girl through, I knew it was time to have to let her go. I couldn't bare the thought of her passing away anywhere but safe and warm in her bed at home. I called Buffalo and Beyond's emergency number in the middle of the night and received the kindest voice on the other end. I was able to schedule Sophie's euthanasia for the following morning, giving me a few more precious hours with my girl. Dr. Victoria arrived and performed the most careful and sincere euthanasia while Sophie was surrounded by family until her last breath. Having the opportunity to give Sophie this final act of love was priceless to me. Thank you, Dr. Victoria, for offering this service and for helping a grieving mom find some peace in knowing that my beautiful girl was able to have such a gentle passing.

We lost our 2 beloved Weimaraner’s tragically. Each person at Buffalo and Beyond was so kind and welcoming. Is there ever a good time to say “goodbye”? No, we would keep our fur babies here with us forever if we could. Knowing when to let them go is never a decision taken lightly. I knew the time was approaching, I knew how afraid kip would be if we had to take him into the veterinarian office. In my mind I could see him shaking and trying to back his way out the front door. I couldn’t put him thru that and I dreaded the day I had to. Well that day never came. What came instead was finding Dr. Victoria. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We never met her before the night she walked in our door to help kip pass. From the tone of her voice, the way she moved around kip and our family, to explaining to us what to expect each step and giving us the time and privacy we needed. She allowed kip to feel safe in the comfort of his home. We could never thank her enough for the service she provided. Watching her prepare kip for his journey with her after he left our home, we knew he would be handled with care and compassion. I would encourage anyone who is able to use this service to do so.
I would also like to say thank you to the wonderful lady who answers the phone when you call. I never quite got her name because my mind and heart were always in a million places when I called. She is the first person you come in contact with at Buffalo and Beyond and they couldn’t have picked a more compassionate lady. I would be composed throughout my conversation with her until the end and then something she would say would just tug at my heart. I don’t think I ever hung up with her where she could actually hear me say thank you…so today, I want to say “thank you “ loud and clear. You are all angels that work there ❤️

Dr. Sverduk was so kind, so gentle; we aren't strangers to euthanasia but she still quietly explained each step as she took it, reassuring our dog and us. She gave us the time we needed, asked us whether she should stay or give us time alone, respected our needs as we said good-bye. To have this at home, not in a vet's office, was the kindest gift we could have given our dog when he clearly told us it was his time.

Saying goodbye is always the hardest decision to make. Thankfully I found out about Buffalo and Beyond and while it’s still the hardest thing I’ve ever done, it was without question the best decision I could have made. My dog didn’t have the anxiety of an uncomfortable ride to the vet as one of his last moments of life, (he used to love rides but then feared them greatly after we took our beagle to the vet in January of 2021 to be euthanized and returned home without him) and thankfully I don’t have that as a memory. Instead it happened here, at home in familiar surroundings, and I was able to hold him until the end. It was peaceful and the best possible way to do it in my opinion. Everything was handled by the Dr. including taking him for cremation services. It made the most difficult decision I ever had to make less painful overall.

The last months of his life, Comet no longer liked to ride in the car. He cried loudly, making sounds we had not heard from him before. So we arranged for Buffalo and Beyond to come to us to 'put him down'. Dr. Victoria was a blessing, she IS a blessing. There could be no veterinarian more kind, more compassionate, more sensitive to our feelings and needs. Comet truly passed peacefully, with his family all right there at his side, loving him to his end and beyond. We had the time we needed, she gave us the time we wanted. It seems almost inane to say that Dr. Victoria made the occasion a good one. But she did. We cannot shout from the rooftops loudly enough our gratitude to her.

When our cat was diagnosed with lung cancer, my wife and I immediately agreed that we wanted in-home euthanasia for our pet. In preparation, I called and spoke to a few veterinarians closer to our home, who were not agreeable to perform this service (due to Covid-19 concerns). Despite being a substantial distance away from our residence, I contacted Dr. Victoria, who agreed to help if euthanasia was a necessary option. The time came for our pet to pass early on a Saturday morning. I contacted Dr. Victoria and she arrived within 2 hours. The process was carried out with dignity and respect. We are grateful to Dr. Victoria for traveling a considerable distance out of her way early on a weekend to help us and let our pet pass in our own home. I highly recommend Dr. Victoria for any necessary veterinary services.

When life throws you into the situation of making a choice to have your beloved pet cross that rainbow bridge, I can’t imagine having anyone other than Dr. Sverduk by your side. We needed to make a decision to help our Maggie girl cross the rainbow bridge. A family friend recommended Buffalo & Beyond. We called and left a message and they called back right away. We were able to schedule a time for them to come to our home that worked for us. I have to say it is never an easy decision to make to put your beloved pet down, but after the experience we knew we made the right decision. Our girl would always be nervous and shaking when we go to the vets office. We are so glad we choose at home euthanasia with Dr. Victoria. She was caring, professional, explained the process and let us take our time. Our dog was relaxed and stress free leaving this world and that provides us with so much comfort. Thank you Dr. Victoria and all the staff at Buffalo and Beyond in making the passing of our Maggie girl peaceful and stress free. I cannot say enough about the kindness and compassion Dr. Sverduk showed when she came to our house for our Little Vito. Our 17 1/2 year old Maltese had been declining through the week, and I finally made the decision for in home euthanasia. Thank God my vet recommended Buffalo and Beyond. Our 14 year old Blank/Tan Coonhound, Lucky was diagnosed with a fist sized tumor between his heart and lungs. With medication he was kept comfortable for about six weeks. Our vet said we would know when the time comes and he was right. Last Thursday (7/14) he refused to eat or drink. He couldn’t stand and his breathing was labored. Dr. Victoria had been referred to us by a dear friend and I called and left the message that I thought we would need her by early the next week. Friday, Lucky perked up and greeted our out of town friends. We slept on the sofa to be near him. Saturday we had a long planned party for 20. Lucky just lay under the fan and was calm but heavy breathing. In tears, I called Dr Victoria. She was amazing. In the midst of her own family crisis, she came to our home on Saturday night at 10 pm. Our guests got to say their own private goodbyes to our sweet boy and all left by 9 pm. Gary and I had an hour alone with the best dog ever and we held and loved him as he passed peacefully. He was ready, we would never be. Dr. Victoria could not have been more loving, patient and compassionate and we are forever grateful to her. Thank you!

Dr. Victoria was so compassionate. When she first arrived at our home, she introduced herself to all of us, asked about Tanker’s history, and then introduced herself to him. She was so gentle and understanding of what we were going through and even gave us personal time to say “until we meet again”. I encourage others, that are in the same situation we were, to reach out to Buffalo and Beyond. We were grateful we did. Thank you for your care and compassion.

I don’t normally write testimonials, but I feel it necessary after the experience we had with Dr. Victoria Sverduk. Our dog, Zeus, had received a grim prognosis regarding his health and we knew we had a difficult decision to make in a short amount of time. We knew we didn’t want to say farewell to our best friend in a vet’s office, and would much rather be in a familiar and comforting space when it was time. A family member had given us Buffalo & Beyond’s contact information. We planned to call the next morning, but our boy let us know during the middle of the night, the time was now. I called the emergency number, and to my surprise, got an answer. Dr. Victoria made the trip to our house at 3:30 in the morning, and gave our boy peace. I only have great things to say about Dr. Victoria. She was completely professional, but also kind, patient, and understanding. Zeus’ last moments were surrounded by his family, full of comfort, serenity, and love. For that, I cannot thank Dr. Victoria enough.

I don't think there are enough adjectives out there to describe Dr. Victoria. I just had to make one of the most difficult decisions on letting Annie, my sweet cat of 19+ Years transition over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Victoria was so compassionate and understanding and talked us through every step of the way. Annie was very relaxed being in familiar surroundings on her favorite blanket in our house. There was no stress of a car ride to the vets office. It was a very hard day but the doctor made it very easy for us. Dr. Victoria made sure we understood everything that was going on and let it be at our pace, no rushing to get it done. I would recommend her to anyone who needs this service. Having it done in our home was a comfort to me. Anie was treated in the most respectful way. That meant everything to me. God bless you Dr. Victoria, you are an angel. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl.

We needed to have our Gidgie girl pass over the rainbow bridge at home in a stress free environment. Dr. Carr recommended Dr. Victoria. Having our baby girl pass over the rainbow bridge is a tremendous physical loss. Dr. Victoria was very compassionate and professional accomodating all our requests, including the specific time and location. She also allowed time for Gidgie's brother to pay his final respects. Gidgie vacationed, hiked and geocached in 21 states with us and her brother Tanner. The 4 of us on the hiking trail were our happy place. She was small but mighty and absolutely loved the outdoors. Dr. Victoria was so kind and patient. Gidgie was in one of her favorite spots in the yard as mommy held her head and daddy held mommy. She fell asleep and started snoring, a sound that was very familiar. She passed so peacefully. Sincere appreciation to Dr. Victoria

“Oh my gosh - I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Victoria. She was very kind, non-judgemental and so respectful of me and my dog, Ginger. She walked me through the whole process and never made me feel rushed. She gave Ginger a treat and spent some time with her and allowed me as much time with her as I needed. I really felt at peace and could handle Ginger's passing so much easier. I had the traumatic experience of my personal vet telling me he could not put Ginger down at his office. When I called Dr. Victoria she said when do you want me to come and she came the next day so I did not have to drag my grief out any longer. When she took Ginger with her she said I am going to treat her like I would my own pet. She gave me a lovely paw print of Ginger's to keep. If I get a pet in the future this is the only option as far as I am concerned. Not having the stressful visit to the Vets office was priceless. I will recommend Dr. Victoria and Buffalo & Beyond to all my friends.”

“I have had two experiences with Victoria in the past 5 months. She is a wonderful person - genuinely caring and compassionate. Everything was very professional and I was able to say goodbye to my 10 year old retriever and my 17 year old Pom at home. I doubt I could have handled things as well in my vet’s clinic. Thank you Victoria for coming to our home when we needed you.”

“Rissa was our first addition to our family when she was just a few months old and we were first married in NC. She had a rough start at life and we rescued her from a kill shelter and gave her so much love and attention over her 12 years. She was such a happy girl always ready to give you a lick. Buffalo and Beyond was there for us during one of the hardest parts. From the second they picked up the phone they were everything we needed and made just a painful time bearable. I highly recommend Buffalo and Beyond if you ever need their services.”

“The worst day of our lives was never felt by our beloved Jackie, we had for 12 years. Dr. Victoria was so kind, patient and calming. I truly believe Jackie crossed the rainbow bridge only knowing he was home, surrounded by his parents and loved.

I can't say enough about how I truly appreciate Dr. Victoria and her wonderful service. From the initial call to the office, Dr. Victoria coming out the same day and the dignity provided to my Jackie even when leaving my house was wonderful. Although my heart will forever be missing a hole that can't be filled I feel comforted and at peace knowing he left the world through the kind and truly dignified service provided by Dr. Victoria. Thank you so much for the love you give to other peoples fury family members.”

“We had to put our 14 year old beagle, Moose to sleep. I stressed about this for weeks. We saw a billboard for Dr. Victorias at home euthanasia services and called. She came the very next day. This was by far, the best experience I have ever had putting a pet to sleep. It was so gentle and peaceful. No anxiety whatsoever for us or Moose. Lots of tears of course, but it was an amazing experience. Dr. Victoria is so gentle and calm and explained everything to us. I cannot say enough good things about her and the service she offers!”

“I have had to have several pets euthanized over the years. It is always a difficult decision and heart breaking. Our beloved dog, Gus became sick in November and we arranged our schedules so we could be home to give him frequent small meals and drinks. He did well, but in a short 24 hour period became acutely ill.
Dr. Victoria came on a Saturday morning (after I had been up with Gus most of the night) to our home. We could all be with him and support one another. She is so kind and caring. He was treated with dignity.
Thank you Dr. Victoria.”

“The day we had to say goodbye to Nibbles, our beloved 13 year old Shiba Inu, was always going to be one of the worst days of my life. I will however forever be thankful to Dr. Victoria for the incredible compassion, empathy and care she provided on that awful day.

The decision to part ways with Nibbles was not done easily and this is something that Dr. Victoria understands implicitly. Rather than having to rush our old boy to his most hated place, the vet's office, he was able to relax in his bed at home, with his family around him, petting him and loving him. Dr. Victoria, knowing Nibbles was blind, made sure to enter the house calmly and was ready with a delicious treat for our boy to put him at ease. I am forever thankful for how peaceful she was able to make those last moments for Nibbles, and was amazed at the kindness and empathy that she showed to my husband and me. We were 2 grown people who were bawling, and she approached us and treated us only with kindness, respect and understanding. She listened as I wept and told her about the struggles that Nibbles had been going through, and responded only with empathy, as we said our last goodbye to our baby.

Thank you for treating Nibbles, and me, with care.”

“We couldn't bear the thought of having our beloved cat of 16 years, Toonces, be terrified in the car and at the vet's to be put to sleep. From the very first phone call, when I spoke to Tony, it was all compassion from Buffalo & Beyond Veterinary Services.

Dr. Sverduk came to our home and gave Toonces the send-off he deserved....compassionate and respectful. Toonces transitioned peacefully on his favorite spot on the couch surrounded by our love, kisses, hugs, and comforting words. Dr. Sverduk was so kind and patient with us, and we will be forever grateful to her.”

“Yesterday February 2nd, our BLUE passed away in the foyer with his family surrounding him with love, lots of love. He was so happy. He was a 11-1/2 year old blue Merle collie, and he passed with the collie smile on his face. No more joint pain. So sad, but we knew that he was happy, definitely happy when he left us. Thank you Dr. Victoria for coming to our home and getting down on the floor with us, and being so compassionate.”

“As one of our older boxers was nearing the end of her life, during Covid, I opted to look for alternatives to just having her euthanized at our veterinarian’s office. Lexie and her sister, Riley, had been inseparable for over 12 years and we couldn’t bear the thought of them not being together in the end. I began looking around and found that a home euthanasia would be best, as Lexie was also very anxious on her trips to our vet’s office. I also had 2 teen boys that had never experienced such a loss. I was so thankful that we learned of Buffalo and Beyond’s services. After a brief phone conversation where I explained the situation, Dr. Victoria Sverduk was scheduled to arrive at our house that evening. She came dressed in street clothes, so that she did not contribute to Lexie’s anxiety, and explained everything perfectly. She went over each step, answered our questions, and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to the best friend anyone could ever ask for. When everything was done, she would not remove Lexie until we were truly ready. She even allowed us to tuck one of her favorite toys under her arm. We picked up Lexie’s ashes about a week later in a beautiful urn.
Dr. Sverduk’s knowledge and compassion made this heartbreaking situation more bearable. Since losing our pup, I have recommended her services to everyone that I know. The home euthanasia, coupled with Dr. Sverduk, allowed us to have a peaceful passing and the opportunity to say goodbye, as Lexie went to sleep for the last time laying in her favorite spot on the couch, surrounded by her loving family and sister, Riley. Thank you for everything…”

“On behalf of myself & family, I want to thank Dr Victoria from the bottom of our hearts. You brought the comfort we so desperately needed when we knew our girl was nearing the end. Your kind words and your calming demeanor is exactly what we all needed. You made the inevitable comforting, not only to Foxxy but each one of us. The way you addressed us as a family but yet making eye contact with each of us to ensure we were all at peace was so greatly appreciated.
Thank you Dr Victoria. Thank you for what you do, God bless you & your family.”

“Dr. Victoria Sverduk was such an amazing Blessing. We tried to find a local veterinarian who would come to our home to avoid our "Poppy" in transitioning to the next part of his Divine Soul's journey, without his travel and vet office anxieties exacerbating his laryngeal paralysis which would have sent him onto the next part of his journey in a horrible and excruciating way. We praise God for her dedication and Divine Gift, of traveling nearly two hours one-way, in order to assure that was not his end of life experience. Instead, it was a BEautiful, peaceful, and calm transition, within our home. She went above and beyond, by then, following his transport up to her vehicle... walking with his body behind the blanket-draped tractor-drawn cart... in the pouring down rain. If we weren't in covid chaos, I would have given her a fully-committed two minute hug... so that my heart could have shared everything the mere words, "Thank you," could not adequately convey. Thank you and Bless you, Dr. Victoria... for sharing your compassionate heart with our little family. XXX”

“There are no words to express adequate gratitude for the person that provides peace and comfort for a struggling furry family member. Dr. Sverduk tended to both myself and my girl Zoey with such kindness, compassion, and gentleness. “Thank you Dr. Sverduk for your kindness, caring and most of all compassion. I couldn't imagine not being able to be with my girl at time of her passing. Thank you for giving me the time with her. To lay and cry with her. To hold her and say goodbye. I've been through this process before, but have never felt the comfort you gave not only to my best friend. But also to me.”

“I cannot thank Dr. Sverduk enough for the care she gave my babies. My youngest baby had to be put down because of progressing medical conditions. Dr. Sverduk was extremely accessible, kind, comforting and assuring during the process. And I know anyone that has had to put down a family pet knows how much doubt and heartache goes with that decision. Dr. Sverduk did everything possible to make the grieving process less.”

“Our dog was our everything. He literally was like our first born, we did everything with him. However, when the time came that we knew our time was up with our precious boy, Dr. Sverduk did everything to help ease us through this difficult time. From her caring smile and how she explained every step to us, she made the process of letting go of our big boy a lot easier. She allowed us to have time with him to say good bye without rushing us. I am so thankful for this "at home" service, because it made it so much easier to say good bye, as he laid on his favorite blanket in the living room.”
